Customer Care Support Specialist (Greensboro)
Immediate openings at major corporation for experienced Customer Service Representatives in the High Point/Greensboro area. Will be providing customer solutions to various issues, by answering calls in a contact center environment. Will be routing, maintaining and tracking outstanding servicing requests and providing thorough follow up. Fast paced, high volume call center experience required. No less than 6 months RECENT customer contact/support experience. Basic computer knowledge.
